Naama Attias (b. 1989 in Jerusalem) is a multidisciplinary artist who creates in varies mediums such as still and video photography, performance, sound, silicone molds and makeup based engraving. She holds a BFA from the Department of Photography at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, and has recently graduated from the Photography and Media MFA program at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts).
Her subject matters throughout the years have revolved around the female body and the multitude of expressions and forms of beauty. She observe how these varied depictions of beauty relate to seemingly unrelated sociopolitical issues. Although some of her projects are personal in nature or exhibit local contexts, their themes and subjects are global in nature.
Her works have been exhibited in selective group exhibitions around the world, most recently parts of Ain’t Nothing Wrong with being Beautiful were exhibited at the Weltkulturen Museum in in Frankfurt, Germany.
Her video works were also screened and won awards in various film and video art festivals, most notably Visionaria international film festival in Siena, Italy and Girona film festival in Girona, Catalonia. Ain’t Nothing Wrong has won the Best of International Experimental of Jukebox Visual at FotoFilm Tijuana.

עבודתיה עוסקת באסתיטקה, הגוף הנשי וצורות ביטוי שונות של יופי. היא בוחנת כיצד תיאורי הגוף וביטויי היופי השונים קשורים לנושאים חברתיים ופוליטים הנדמים כמנותקים מהם. על אף שחלק מהפרויקטים הינם בעלי אופי אישי או הקשר מקומי, הנושאים הינם גלובליים באופיים.
עבודותיה הוצגו בתערוכות קבוצתיות סלקטיביות בארץ ובעולם. לאחרונה הוצגו חלקים מ- Ain’t Nothing Wrong with being Beautiful הוצגו ב- Weltkulturen Museum בפרנקפורט.
עבודות הוידאו שלה הוצגו בפסטיבלי סרטים ווידאו ארט, בניהם פסטיבל וז'יונריה בסיינה, אטליה ובפסטיבל הסרטים בז'ירונה שבקטלוניה, ספרד. Ain’t Nothing Wrong זכה בפרס הסרט הניסיוני הבינ"ל הטוב ביותר במסגרת תחרות Jukebox Visual בפסטיבל FotoFilm בטיחואנה מקסיקו.
