Journey deals with the experience of travel as a subjective experience. These photos were taken during different trips. The places themselves are meaningless, only the experience itself.

The work tries to be non naturalistic by choice. The photos take the physical space out of its original context, as the subjects are only part of it. You can not recognize the whole space, only pats of it. There are no reveling characteristics.

The absence of recognizable characteristics creates distance between the "unimportant" physical space, and the experience itself. The photos represent the subjective experience of travel, where you insert your own personal experience and meaning.

העבודה עוסקת בחווית הטיול כחוויה סובייקטיבית. התמונות נלקחו ממספר אתרים וטיולים שונים. אין משמעות לזהות של המקומות אלא לחוויה.

זהו צילום שלא מנסה להיות נטורליסטי כבחירה מודעת. הצילום מוציא את המרחב מהקשר: לא ניתן לראות את כלל המרחב אלא מקטעים שלו. אין סימנים מאפיינים.

דבר זה יוצר פער בין המקום הקונקרטי, שאין לו חשיבות בעיני, לבין החוויה המתווכת. המטרה של הצילום הוא לייצג את החוויה של הטיול כחוויה סובייקטיבית: מה שחשוב לי זה שכל בן אדם שרואה את זה ייצוק את החוויות שלו פנימה, ויעניק משמעות חדשה לתמונות.
